Engine system cleaner from hard-to-remove contaminations

Powerful cleaner of carburetor, throttle valve, EGR valve (exhaust gas circulation), removing carbon deposits from stuck piston rings. Indispensable helper in removing carbon and varnish film from injector nozzles, valves, combustion chamber, bottom and piston ring grooves on a disassembled engine.

Application instructions

To clean carburetor

  • Remove the air filter.
  • Start the engine. Spray a thick layer onto all visible carburetor parts.
  • While cleaning, maintain higher engine rotation speed by using throttle valve lever.

To clean injector throttle valve

  • Spray a thick layer onto a throttle valve (into air intake manifold) with warmed-up and turned off engine.
  • Let the engine operate at higher rotation speed for 3-5 minutes.

To clean EGR valve

  • Remove the valve.
  • Spray a thick layer onto contaminated valve surfaces.
  • Wipe dry in 3 minutes.
  • If necessary, repeat the procedure.

To clean parts

  • Spray a thick layer onto contaminated parts.
  • Wipe dry in 3 minutes.
  • If necessary, repeat the procedure.

To clean rings from carbon

1. Warm up the engine. It should be warm but not hot.

2. Unscrew plugs (injectors).  Disconnect ignition timing sensor, Hall device or commutator.

3. Spray the contents (up to 5 seconds) into each cylinder in turn through the nozzle. Screw the plugs (mount injectors). Wait 10-20 minutes. Unscrew the plugs (injectors). Cover the plug holes with absorbing fabric to prevent from outcoming dirt. Rotate the engine for several seconds with a starter.

4. Place back the plugs (injectors).

5. Start the engine and let it operate at higher rotation speed of crankshaft for up to 15 minutes. Within this time softened remains of carbon will be removed through exhaust system.
